By making a purchase on our platform, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These Terms and Conditions govern:
- The online sale of trips and bootcamps
- Booking, payment, modification, and cancellation conditions
AKVCAMPS operates as a provider of international outdoor bootcamps and travel experiences.

2.1 Booking Process
You book your trip through our website.
Each trip is presented as a product on our platform.
2.2 Payment = Confirmed RegistrationThe payment made on the website corresponds to the deposit for the trip.
This payment immediately confirms your registration and secures your spot.
2.3 ConfirmationA confirmation email is automatically sent after your booking.
This email constitutes a contract between AKVCAMPS and the client.

Prices displayed on the website are in EUR.
They include the services specified on the trip page (accommodation, meals as described, guides, local transportation, activities, etc.).
Not included:- International flights (unless otherwise stated)
- Visas, insurance, vaccinations (unless otherwise stated)
- Personal expenses
- Optional activities
- Excess baggage fees
Prices may be adjusted in case of significant variations (taxes, exchange rates, fuel costs) up to 20 days before departure.

4.1 Methods
The deposit is paid directly on the website via our online payment system.
4.2 Remaining BalanceThe remaining balance must be paid before departure, according to the instructions provided after your booking.
→ The remaining balance must be paid 5 weeks before departures.4.3 Installment PaymentsPayment in installments may be offered depending on the trip.
Specific conditions will be indicated on the trip page.

Cancellation by the Client
Two situations apply:
Serious medical reason (official document required)Examples: hospitalization, serious illness, death of a close relative
→ Full refund of the depositAny other reasonExamples: change of mind, personal constraints, schedule conflicts
→ No refund of the depositImportant:The deposit secures your spot and is therefore non-refundable, except in the case of a justified serious medical condition.
Cancellation by AKVCAMPSAKVCAMPS may cancel a trip in the following cases:
- Minimum number of participants not reached
- Unsafe conditions
- Government decisions / border closures
- Extreme conditions (weather, geopolitical risks, etc.)
In such cases, you will be offered:
- A postponement of the trip, or
- A full refund of the deposit

AKVCAMPS may adjust the program for logistical or safety reasons.
Accommodation (e.g. lodges, guesthouses), schedules, or activities may be modified.
We commit to providing an equivalent or superior experience.

Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Be physically fit to participate in the trip
- Respect local laws and the guide's instructions
- Have all required documents (passport, visa, etc.)
InsuranceTravel insurance (health / cancellation / repatriation) is strongly recommended.
AKVCAMPS cannot be held responsible for:
- Accidents caused by participant negligence
- Loss of personal belongings
- Unforeseen external events

Collected data is used to:
- Process your booking
- Ensure your safety during the trip
- Comply with legal obligations
You have the right to access and request deletion of your data upon request.

Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
Failing that, jurisdiction will depend on the country of registration of AKVCAMPS.

Participant Conduct & Right of Removal
AKVCAMPS is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and positive environment for all participants, staff members and local hosts.
By joining the camp, participants agree to behave respectfully towards others, follow safety instructions, respect local culture, accommodations and group rules, and avoid any behavior that may negatively affect the experience of the group.
AKVCAMPS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation, restrict activities or remove any participant from the camp without refund in cases including, but not limited to:
- aggressive, violent or threatening behavior;
- repeated disrespect towards participants, staff or locals;
- harassment, discrimination or inappropriate conduct;
- dangerous behavior putting oneself or others at risk;
- excessive disruption of the group atmosphere;
- refusal to follow safety instructions or camp rules;
- illegal activities or substance abuse.
If a participant is removed from the camp for behavioral reasons, any additional costs resulting from early departure, transportation changes or accommodation arrangements shall remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
AKVCAMPS reserves the right to take any reasonable measure necessary to protect the safety, well-being and overall experience of the group.
