Refund Policy

At AKVCAMPS, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the refund conditions applicable when booking a trip through our website.

When purchasing on our website, you pay a deposit that immediately confirms your registration for the trip and reserves your spot.

This deposit is non-refundable, except in the case of a serious and justified medical condition.
Serious medical reason (justified by an official document)
Examples:
- Serious illness
- Hospitalization
- Accident
- Death of a close relative
→ Full refund of the deposit

An official medical or administrative document is required.
Other personal reasons
Examples:
- Change of mind
- Professional constraints
- Personal obligations
- Change of availability
→ No refund of the deposit
If the trip must be canceled by AKVCAMPS due to:
- Lack of participants
- Unfavorable safety conditions
- Government restrictions / closed borders
- Exceptional events (force majeure)
You will have the choice between:
- Postponing the trip
- OR
- Full refund of the deposit
If the remaining balance of the trip is not paid within the announced deadlines, your spot may be canceled and the deposit will be retained.
In case of eligibility:

→ Refunds are processed within 14 business days
AKVCAMPS strongly recommends subscribing to travel insurance including cancellation, illness, and repatriation to protect you in case of unforeseen events.
